I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel. It had a lot of character, and even though the rooms were a bit dated, they were cozy and perfect for relaxing. The staff surprised us with a lovely gift to celebrate our marriage, which was a nice touch. The location was excellent for exploring the area and spotting wildlife. On the downside, the dining options weren't as good as I'd hoped, especially the eggs, and some of the furniture showed signs of wear.

The hotel is situated in a beautiful village setting, making it a great spot to explore the north end of the park. The rooms have a charming, vintage feel, but they could use some updates to be more comfortable. The staff went above and beyond with a thoughtful gift for our anniversary, which made our stay extra special. While the dining options were decent, the breakfast could be improved, but overall, I felt like it offered good value for money.
